Home garden property manager - live in in Croton Hudson, New York

We are an older retired couple living on a large country property in Westchester. We are looking for what will hopefully be a long term relationship, at least 5+ years. We are looking for one or two people, intelligent, middle-age or not on the move, hands-on, handy or knowledgeable with tools, home maintenance, and health care. Must be a non-smoker.
This is not an estate type situation as we are not formal, but many of the skills that you describe are needed now or will be needed in the future.
We have had the same lawn crew for 18 years and at the moment we do have someone who does regular household work for 1/2 day a week, but we will need more help and possibly healthcare. Depending on our needs, we certainly don't expect full care from any one person or couple, and will hire if necessary. Supervisory skills would be helpful. We are looking for people who like flowers, and are comfortable with nature & wildlife in a quiet country setting. We do have a small cottage that could be part or all of the payment if things worked out.
